The use of software tools, bots, automation, or any form of manipulation in gaming is strictly prohibited. Any such activity, if detected, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the wager will be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to manipulate or cheat the gaming system.
• If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected.
• Evidence of the account holder being a minor is found.

Upon account closure, any eligible balance will be returned after review. However, bonus balances on accounts closed due to Terms violations will be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

Db77 strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, db77 will not be held liable for losses arising from technical issues, internet outages, or third-party service downtime. If a game session is interrupted due to a server issue, the affected bet will be refunded.
